2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The purchased service or product was not delivered due to a failed top-up or system error;
  • The product cannot be activated, redeemed, or used as intended, despite following all provided instructions;
  • The product significantly deviates from the description provided at the time of purchase, causing a material impact on its usability or value.

To request a refund, you must submit a claim to Idoltech customer support within seven (7) days after the order is completed. You are required to provide sufficient evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots, error messages, or communication records.

Idoltech reserves the right to evaluate the evidence provided and determine the eligibility for a refund at its sole discretion.

 

3. Refund Process

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Idoltech will assess the submitted evidence, verify transaction details, and determine the validity of the refund claim in accordance with this Refund Policy.

The processing of approved refunds typically takes up to fifteen (15) business days from the date the refund is confirmed.

In cases where additional investigation is required due to complexity or external factors, processing may take longer. If a refund request is denied, Idoltech will notify the user with a brief explanation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The actual time for funds to be credited will depend on your payment provider’s policies and procedures.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The product has already been used, activated, redeemed, or resold;
  • The refund request is based on buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, incorrect selection, or errors resulting from information provided by the user;
  • The refund request is made after the specified seven (7) day period;
  • The user engages in repeated or malicious refund claims that abuse the refund policy.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all product information, compatibility, and purchase details before completing a transaction.

Idoltech reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the criteria set out in this Refund Policy, and to take further action in cases of policy abuse, including suspension or termination of the user’s account.

Idoltech shall not be held responsible for any refund failures, delays, or issues arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Frozen, restricted, or suspended payment accounts;
  • Changes in banking or payment service provider policies;
  • Payment provider restrictions, errors, or processing failures;
  • Currency exchange fluctuations and related losses;
  • Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, regulatory interventions, cyberattacks, system outages, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, users are encouraged to contact their respective payment service providers directly for further assistance and resolution. Idoltech does not have the authority to intervene in third-party payment processing or dispute resolution procedures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

6. Fraud and Abuse

Idoltech strictly prohibits any form of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process. Fraudulent behavior includes, but is not limited to, using stolen payment methods, submitting false refund claims, providing falsified evidence to support refund requests, or engaging in chargeback abuse after receiving products or services.

Abuse of the refund policy refers to repeated or malicious refund requests without legitimate grounds, attempts to exploit system loopholes, or any activity intended to unjustly benefit from the refund system.

If any refund request is found to involve fraud, abuse, or violations of Idoltech’s Terms of Service, Idoltech reserves the right to:

  • Immediately reject the refund request;
  • Suspend or permanently ban the user’s account;
  • Withhold or recover any funds obtained through fraudulent means;
